It’s been two weeks since my last post and you can thank my job for the lack of personal blogging.
As many of you know, I work for the MD Democratic Party (shameless traffic plug). Since work has consumed most of my life these last couple of weeks I figured it would make sense to share a little bit of what I’ve been up to. For the most part, it’s been the usual blogging, blast email writing, video editing, tweeting and facebook posts.
However, recently I spent a bit of time on the road at a campaign event trying to set the record straight and calling out one of the Republican candidates for Governor of Maryland. Here’s how it turned out:
P.S. You’ll notice I have a new template. If it looks familiar, it’s because it is. I’m working on getting an entirely new template soon – probably after the election – but until then I wanted something clean and simple.
Last Friday night I went to the Dave Matthews Band concert at Nationals Park in D.C. I think it was my first Dave show since his 2001 show at RFK. I remember going on Napster back then and trying to find MP3 files of the show. After a few bad copies, I did and I still have a copy on a CD. Since then the internet has given us facebook, twitter and YouTube, which pretty much makes the Napster c0pyright case seem like a joke. And of course I’m using the big three social media sites for this post.
